Multilingual English
It's been a long time since Mr. Udi held an offline class, but in this meeting finally the class offline again. In this meeting we focus on critical speaking, where we discussed its definition and concept. Each student was asked to come forward and write a word related to critical speaking. From the discussion, we can concluded that critical speaking involves clear, analytical, and rational communication, and open-minded. After the discussion, we practiced critical speaking through an impromptu speech. Each of us had to choose a spontaneous topic and present it in front of the class. In addition to this, we were given an assignment to interview English teachers about their views on multilingual English. We were also required to read related journals and compare them with the results from the interviews.
